Off-Site Supervised Visitations Intake Interviews Objective Reports Supervised Monitored Exchanges Supervised Telephone Monitoring Court Testimony With Subpoena

Supervised Visitations refer to contact between a non-custodial parent and one or more children in the presence of a neutral third person responsible for observing and seeking to ensure the safety of those involved. The visitations take place in a safe and neutral public environment.

Hourly Rate. Two Hours Minimum

A Supervised Exchange is supervision of the transfer of a child from the custodial to the noncustodial parent at the start of the parent/child visitation and back to the custodial parent at the end of the visitation. There’s no monitoring during the visitation, it is a “neutral drop-off/pick-up”.

Hourly Rate

Both custodial and non-custodial parents must contact Joyful Child Visitations to schedule an intake interview prior to the first visitation with each parent separately. According to the Court order’s details, fees, schedules, and others will be agreed.

Flat Fee Per Parent

In addition to off-site supervised visitations, Joyful Child Visitations also provides visitations via the telephone using three-way calling. Using the telephone will allow the child/children to conveniently connect with their non-custodial parent.

An objective report is prepared about each visit containing a detailed description of activities and interactions observed by the Monitor. Progress reports are available for parents, attorneys and The Court.
